Amazing hospitality - I feel so welcome here. The location is good if you like the local lifestyle. Busking and active. The restaurant buffet was amazing as well as the service. I been surprised since the first second I got out of the taxi in front. Hotel staff communicated excellent and told me all I had to know as a first timer in Hanoi. I can really recon this place to all kinds of travelers. If I had just gotten the names of the staff so I could write it in management feedback I would - but it really was all staff that was at the highest level of hospitality. This is rare, well done guys. I will be back

Great Stay at InterContinental Hanoi Landmark72 I had a fantastic stay at InterContinental Hanoi Landmark72. The location was excellent, right in the business district with stunning city views from the tallest building in Vietnam. The area felt safe and well-maintained, even at night, which made walking around easy and enjoyable. While it’s more of a business area, there are still plenty of nearby cafés, restaurants, and shopping centers within walking distance. A special thanks to Liz, the Korean Lifestyle Membership Manager, who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. She was always professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to assist with any requests. The hotel itself was top-notch—spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms with great views. The food and beverage options were also excellent, from the breakfast buffet to the Club Lounge offerings. The hotel restaurants served high-quality dishes with a great variety of options, making it easy to enjoy a nice meal without having to go far. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Great location, safe environment, excellent service, and fantastic F&B—I’d definitely stay here again. Thanks again to Liz and the team for making my stay so enjoyable!

Stellar Steak House delivered an exceptional dining experience. The steak, cooked to perfection, was melt-in-your-mouth tender. The ambiance was sophisticated yet welcoming, perfect for a special occasion. The service was impeccable, with attentive and knowledgeable staff. A special thank you to Manh Stellar, whose warm hospitality and expert recommendations truly elevated our evening. His attention to detail and genuine care made our visit unforgettable. We highly recommend Stellar Steak House for a truly stellar meal.

I had the privilege of dinner at the 3 Spoons Buffet last evening. The staff was prompt, professional and very attentive throughout the evening. The food was presented in beautiful and appealing displays. There were many choices available which would satisfy any palate. Everything I ate was delicious, cooked to perfection. I loved the descriptions with each dish; this helped me make informed choices. The view overlooking the city added a great ambiance to dinner. I look forward to returning in the future.
