• Cancellations within 48 hours of tour departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Available every day: Tour start: 10.40am; tour end: 3.45pm (approximately)
• Bookings valid to 31 October 2025
• Meeting Point: Matiatia Ferry Terminal on Waiheke Island
• Ferry Departure Point: Guests must catch the ferry from Downtown Ferry Terminal on Quay Street in Auckland
• Ferry transfers are not included. Please ensure you are at the Downtown Ferry Terminal at least one hour before the scheduled ferry departure time. Please consider that the queues can be significant, and the ferries run on a first-in-first-served basis. The ferry you are required to travel on departs at 10am
• Guests staying on Waiheke Island can be picked up from bus stop on the main route to the ferry. The time and location of the pick-up will be advised at the time of the booking, please advise of your preference at the time of booking

• Bookings essential and subject to availability
• Lunch is not included in this tour. Any excess amount is payable directly to Waiheke Wine Tours
• Please allow up to six hours for this experience, including travel time
• Children are not permitted on this tour

Terms & Conditions:

• Please note that all participants of this experience must be 18+ and carry valid photo ID
• Vineyards are legally not allowed to serve clients showing signs of intoxication. If the vineyard chooses not to serve you due to intoxication, no refund for the tour/tasting will be given
• Ferry transfers and hotel transfers are not included. Participants must arrange their own return ferry transfers for the 10am departure and 4pm return cruise prior to tour
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on seasonal availability, weather and road conditions. Sample itinerary has been provided as an example only
• Ferry rides are subject to change depending on weather conditions and may be cancelled at the discretion of the operator for passenger and crew safety
• Waiheke Wine Tours cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. Waiheke Wine Tours retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, as well as limited or unavailable parking on-site
• Inappropriate behaviour or offensive hens/stag party accessories are not permitted, as the vineyards will not accept you on their premises, and your guests will be dropped back to the ferry, and Waiheke Wine Tours will not be responsible for the early ending of your event
• Waiheke Wine Tours reserves to right to refuse participation to any guests who appear intoxicated before the tour; no refund for the tour will be given
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
