• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Your guide will meet you near the car park exit on the cliffside. Please contact EcoTreasures directly on 0415 121 648 if you cannot locate the guide

Important:

• Please note: Saver tickets holders are unable to cancel their ticket, please make your selection carefully
• Cabbage Tree Bay Aquatic Reserve is a No Take marine zone. Fishing, shell and species collection is strictly prohibited
• Please allow ample time for travel to and parking at the meeting point
• This tour is not suitable for pregnant women
• Meals, drinks and transfers are not included. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Guests can bring a small backpack (one per person) which can be locked in a vehicle for safe storage during the tour. No large luggage is permitted as there is no storage space
• Headland nature walk is an easy gradient over approximately 800 metres

Terms & Conditions:

• This tour is NOT suitable for guests who cannot swim. All participants are required to demonstrate their ability to swim 150m freestyle unassisted, comfortably float and tread water. A swim test will be administered at the commencement of the tour to ensure your safety. No refund will be provided for non-swimmers
• Children (8–12) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (18+). All participants under the age of 18 must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian
• Participants aged 75+ or with existing injury or medical issues must advise prior to tour date and seek a clearance letter from their doctor prior to travel
• Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed
• Tours operate in most weather conditions. In the event of unsafe conditions, EcoTreasures reserves the right to cancel. In the event of cancellation, you will be emailed before 7am on the day of the tour. Please note, you may be offered a different time on the same day for rescheduling. Please keep your tour day open in case of reschedule
• Minimum number of two guests applies for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Late arrivals and no shows voids offer

Cancellations:

• This experience is non-refundable and non-transferable

• Changes to bookings cannot be accommodated
