The hotel is located approximately a 35-minute drive from Dubai International Airport (DXB) or a one-hour drive from Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with Luxury Escapes. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining Credit: The included credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability.
• Welcome drink at SoBe is available from 5pm–8pm.
• The 20% and 30% spa discount excludes massages from the ‘Quick Fix’ menu and is not combinable with any other existing promotion.
• ‘Buy one, get one free’ drinks promotion is available from 4pm–6pm daily at WET Deck and W Lounge. Includes select house beverages, including beer, wine and spirits. Menu is subject to change.

Dine Around option:

• Customers must make an advanced reservation and mention the offer upon booking. Restaurant reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. Dining Options are subject to change and may be closed for certain meal periods or certain periods of the year. No-shows are not re-bookable.
• Children below 12 years will eat for free and children 12 years and above will be charged full price.
• Participating restaurants in this offer may change without prior notice due to seasonality, and some restaurants may be subject to closure due to circumstances beyond our control.
• The offer includes food only. Drinks charges must be settled at participating restaurants. All additional charges not inclusive in the half-board package need to be settled in the restaurant itself.
• Not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. Credits cannot be combined with any other discount. Not valid on Christmas, Easter weekend and New Year’s Eve.
