Featuring almost 10 kilometres of uninterrupted promenade, the hotel is prime real estate for watersports, long walks, cycling and more. Within a 20-minute drive, you can be at the glorious Burj Al Arab tower, the renowned Burj Khalifa or shopping mecca Mall of the Emirates, where you’ll find the Metro Station that connects you to Dubai’s other major attractions. The hotel is located approximately a 35-minute drive from Dubai International Airport (DXB) or a one-hour drive from Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH). 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at LIV restaurant from 7.30am to 11.30am.
• Nightly buffet dinner is served at LIV restaurant from 6.30pm to 10.30pm. A la carte options are available at other dining venues with a credit of AED150 per person, per day, and will be charged if exceeding this amount. The included credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• The 20% spa discount excludes treatments from the ‘Quick Fix’ menu and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
• Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and should be requested at the Welcome Desk upon check-in.
• Daily free-flow drinks are available from 4pm to 7pm in Aether speakeasy bar or LIV restaurant and includes unlimited premium house drinks. Not applicable between 28 December to 4 January. Kids under 12 can consume soft drinks at LIV restaurant only.
• A smart casual dress code is needed for all guests in Aether speakeasy bar and LIV restaurant.
• Kids staying free (11 and under) are only able to eat from the kids’ menu.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
• Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked at USD5 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
