Deposits: If a deposit is required, the property will contact you directly to organise payment. A security deposit may be required prior to your stay and will be refunded after departure if no damage or outstanding charges are identified.
Damages: A record of the property’s condition may be documented during both arrival and departure. Guests must notify the property immediately of any damages that may occur during their stay.
House Rules: Guests must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during their stay and ensure the property is left in a clean and orderly condition. Compliance with all house rules, including those related to pets and noise disturbance, is mandatory.
Important: The property, transportation and/or destination you are travelling to may have health, insurance and vaccination requirements in place. Please ensure you stay up to date with any requirements prior to your departure.
The property owners reserve the right to refuse service or rentals at their discretion.

Please Note:
• Check-in is managed through the Fieldtrip mobile app, which includes all property and reservation details
• Guests may park up to 6 vehicles in the garage or driveway depending on size—no street parking is allowed
• A pet fee of $150 per pet applies, with a maximum of 2 pets; service animals may be exempt with proper documentation
• Spa heating is included; pool heating is available for $250 per night
• Early check-in and late check-out are available for $75 per hour, subject to availability
• Half-day check-in or check-out is offered for 50% of the nightly rate if the night needs to be blocked
• Package deliveries to the property are not permitted—use local post offices or Amazon Lockers instead
• All events and retreats require prior written approval and incur an additional event fee starting at $2,500
• All commercial, editorial, or revenue-generating photo/video shoots require prior written approval and production fees starting at $1,500
• Drones are not permitted due to county restrictions
• Unauthorised commercial shoots will result in reservation cancellation and fees being charged retroactively
