7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Change of date not applicable when package is purchased with flights.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and one child.

Extra Guest Policy: Additional guests aged 16 years and over are not permitted.

Child Policy: One child (aged 2-11 years) may stay free of charge sleeping on existing bedding (or AED100 per night if a rollaway is required) with daily breakfast, nightly dinner and a welcome soft drink on arrival OR one child (aged between 12 and 15 years) may stay for a supplement of AED190 per night sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation and all inclusions, payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged under two years) may stay free of charge and will not count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Transfers are from Dubai (DXB). A supplement applies for transfers from Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH) payable direct to Arabian Adventures.
