Security deposit of EUR1000 per stay

Please note: This home requires full payment for the stay prior to check-in, guests will receive a message from the property with a secure payment link after booking. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old, they will check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a EUR1000 deposit which will be released once they confirm no damage was caused during your stay. The home does not have air-conditioning, and the bunk beds are more suitable for children.

Maximum Property Capacity: The maximum property capacity is as specified in the property details. Exceeding the maximum capacity requires explicit permission from the property. Please contact the property directly to inquire.

Deposits: If a deposit is required, the property will contact you directly to organise payment. A security deposit may be required prior to your stay and will be refunded after departure if no damage or outstanding charges are identified.

Damages: A record of the property’s condition may be documented during both arrival and departure. Guests must notify the property immediately of any damages that may occur during their stay.

House Rules: Guests must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during their stay and ensure the property is left in a clean and orderly condition. Compliance with all house rules, including those related to pets and noise disturbance, is mandatory.
