Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

  • Please provide your international flight details to reservations at least 14 days before arrival to confirm transfers.
  • Seaplane flights operate only during daylight hours from 7am until 3.30pm.
  • Luxury Escapes recommends that guests arriving outside seaplane hours book one-night of pre-accommodation in Malé.
  • There is no transfer fee for children two and under (lap seat only).
  • Upon arrival, after customs, an airport representative will meet guests, holding signage with the name and logo of the resort. Guests will be escorted to the nearby Manta Air counter to collect their boarding cards and check-in luggage. A vehicle will transport guests to the Manta Air lounge at Noovilu Seaplane Terminal.
  • On the day of departure, the RAAYA By Atmosphere team escorts guests to their seaplane and back to Velana International Airport, Malé.
  • Baggage limit 20kg per person.
