The resort is located approximately a 90-minute drive from Melbourne Tullamarine Airport (MEL). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. - Daily breakfast at Pebbles Restaurant is served from 7am to 9am. A la carte and continental buffet breakfast options of yoghurt, fruits, pastry and cereal are available. Includes coffee, juice and tea. A la carte dining is one menu item per guest.
- Dining Credit: The included A$20 nightly credit must be used during your stay. Credit is non-cumulative and must be used daily. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit can be used at Pebbles Restaurant and Spike Bar. No minimum spend applies. To redeem credit guests must charge to their room otherwise it will not be applied.
- 20% discount on green fees at Moonah Links is only applicable when guests book a round of 18 holes. Subject to availability: course hours can change dependent on weather, season, course conditions and events. Discount applies to green fees only, it does not apply to golf cart hire, equipment hire or any other incidentals.
- If you would like to play golf during your stay, please check tee times for availability before making your hotel reservation.
- 50% discount on golf simulator use is available from 7am to 5pm. This is valid for one-time use only.
- 20% discount voucher for The Restaurant at Red Hill Estate is presented on arrival at the resort. The voucher is valid for one time use exclusively at Red Hill Estate.
- The welcome bottle of Red Hill Estate wine selection varies, depending on supply from Red Hill Estate. No non-alcoholic options available.
Peninsula Hot Springs Bathing Experience Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)
- Includes: Thermal springs bathing experience at mineral pools, a Turkish steam bath, cave pool, hilltop pool, subterranean sauna, reflexology walk, massaging thermal mineral showers and a lakeside pool.
- Available Monday to Friday from 7am to 8:30pm (last booking) and Saturday and Sunday from 5am to 8:30pm (last booking).
- Any excess amount must be paid directly to Peninsula Hot Springs.
- Inclusion valid for two guests only. Extra guests will not have this inclusion.
- Patrons must be 18+ to consume alcohol.
- Bookings are essential at least 7 days in advance. Should Peninsula Hot Springs need to contact you regarding your reservation, they will do so via the email/phone number you have supplied upon making your booking. Please note that bookings for Hot Springs packages are not redeemable when purchased within 7 days of reservation.
- Exclusions: Private bathing, other spa treatments, food and drinks not listed in the inclusions.
- This experience is not suitable for pregnant women.
- Children under 8 years of age must, at all times when within the PHS Group Premises, be within arm’s reach of a guardian.
- Children aged between 8 to 15 years of age must, at all time when within the PHS Group Premises, be accompanied by guardian and be within close visual line of sight of that guardian. All children must be supervised and a maximum of six children per adult applies.
- Children under 16 years of age can access all Bath House bathing areas at the PHS Group Premises, however, will not be permitted in reserved adults only areas.
- Children under 16 years of age are not able to access the PHS Spa Dreaming Centre (including the cafe, bathing area, reception, private baths and treatment rooms located at the Spa Dreaming Centre).
