Melbourne Tullamarine Airport (MEL) is approx. a 30-minute drive from the hotel. Transfers are not included. Please plan accordingly.

This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.
7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.
Feel Like Changing Your Dates? No Worries… If your booking is with a property located in Australia or New Zealand you can make unlimited changes to the date of your hotel booking, as long as it’s at least 21 days before your original check-in date. If the property is located in any other country you may make unlimited date changes up to 1 day before check-in. This is provided you choose dates that are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to availability and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Please note unlimited changes are not applicable for flights.

- Social hour is held daily in the hotel lobby from 6pm to 7pm.
- Minibar includes a selection of soft drinks, beer and wine, and is replenished daily.
- Guests are able to access the gym at Genesis Fitness Lonsdale Street - 2/50 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne. Opening hours are as follows (subject to government guidelines): Monday to Thursday 6am to 9pm; Friday 6am to 8pm; Saturday 8am to 12pm; Sunday closed. Just show your Ovolo room card and sign in with the ‘Ovolo sign-in sheet’ at the gym.
Taxi Kitchen Dining Experience Upgrade:
- Experience is available from Thursday to Sunday only.
- Luxury Escapes will email customers with the restaurant experience voucher and voucher code within two days of purchase. Please present the emailed restaurant experience voucher to redeem this experience. Please do not present your Luxury Escapes receipt or Luxury Escapes itinerary, as these are not valid vouchers. Only the emailed voucher will be accepted.
- The whole table must partake in the set menu.
- Customers are strongly advised to make a reservation to avoid disappointment. Please note that your voucher does not guarantee a table if the restaurant is full. When you make a reservation, be sure to include your Luxury Escapes dining voucher code in the comments section of the reservation process. Reservations can be made at https://taxikitchen.com.au/.
- Subject to restaurant capacity, customers may be obligated to provide credit card details to confirm a reservation. Please note that any pre-authorisation taken by the restaurant will be refunded in line with the restaurant’s cancellation policy.
- The restaurant reserves the right to make discretionary alterations to all confirmed bookings.
