7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

- Daily buffet breakfast is served at Park View restaurant or a light buffet breakfast is served at Residence Club Living Room from 6am and 10.30am.
- Daily dinner at Residence Club Living Room is a light buffet dinner.
- The included one-time set-menu lunch is served at Black Vinegar restaurant from 11.30am until 2pm from Monday to Friday.
- Dining Discount: The included dining discount must be used during your stay. Any unused discount will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The discount is valid for 20% off the total food and drink bill at Park View restaurant, Black Vinegar restaurant and Whisper Bar & Lounge. Not applicable at Ibuki Restaurant, or for in-room dining, minibar and any special event (e.g. New Year’s Eve). Discounts can be used an unlimited amount of times during your stay.
- One-time drink inclusion is a choice of a local beer or a gin and tonic, served at Whisper Bar & Lounge.
- Residence Club Living Room benefits include:
- Welcome fruit on arrival and daily breakfast between 6am and 10.30am at Residence Club Living Room.
- Nightly light buffet dinner at Residence Club Living Room.
- 2.5-hour free-flow cocktails, beer, wine and spirits from 5.30pm to 8pm at Residence Club Living Room.
- Complimentary coffee, tea and all-day refreshments at the Residence Club Living Room.
- Late 4pm checkout with one day’s advance notice (subject to availability).
- Use of conference/meeting area for one hour per day (reservations required, subject to availability)
- Printing and faxing services in the Business Centre for up to 20 pages per day.
- Pressing service for one suit or one dress per stay.
- Dining Credit (upgraded packages only): The included credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit can be used at any onsite venue (excludes minibar and room service). No minimum spend applies.
Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)
- Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
- Flight number and arrival time
- Child seats requirements
- Number of pieces of luggage including large items
- You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
- Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
- A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
