Important Update: From March 24, 2022, a new cancellation policy applies to this offer:

Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to insurance or flights booked with Luxury Escapes. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Please note: Construction work will be taking place at the resort between 17 April and 30 September 2020. Ton son, La Fiamma, and beach bbq, along with the free-form pool area, lap pool, shaded kids pool, 24-hour fitness centre, le spa, third-party shops and services, LM family kids club, mali wing public areas and recreations facilities will all be available. The lagoon pool, Latest Recipe, Wang Warin, Pakarang, Portofino and Ariake restaurants and restaurant terrace area, and mini-golf, driving range, archery range and basketball court will be closed.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Change of date not applicable when package is purchased with flights.

Deluxe Pool View Room – Packages are valid for two people

Maximum Room Capacity:  The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children or three adults and one child.

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of THB3,100 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation, daily breakfast, lunch and dinner, and airport transfer only. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 11 years and under) may stay free of charge sleeping on existing bedding/a rollaway bed with accommodation, daily breakfast, lunch and dinner, and airport transfer.

Max. one rollaway bed per room.

Baby Policy: Infants will count towards maximum room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Deluxe Ocean View Room and Ocean View Junior Suite – Packages are valid for two people

Maximum Room Capacity:  The maximum room capacity is two people.

Extra Guest Policy: Additional guests, including children and infants, are not permitted.

A limited number of connecting rooms are available, subject to availability.

Airport Transfer: One-way airport pickup may be a shared van with other guests. Flight details are required at least 48 hours prior to arrival to secure this service.

Massages: Buy-one-get-one-free massage cannot be combined with other promotions. Free massage must be of equal or lesser value than the one purchased. Not valid on massages between 2pm and 6pm.
