Getting to Osaka is easy! Qantas, Jetstar, Malaysia Airlines, Air Asia, China Southern Airline and more fly direct from Australia to Osaka. Hilton Osaka is conveniently located opposite the Osaka Train Station.

Alternatively, Osaka is a 2.5-hour bullet train ride from Tokyo. Multiple airlines fly direct from Australian capital cities to Tokyo.

Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of 9 hours), Hong Kong (approx flight time of 6 hours), Dubai (approx flight time of 12.5 hours) and Bangkok (approx flight time of 8 hours).

The hotel is approximately 25 minutes’ drive from Osaka (Itami) Airport or alternatively 55 minutes’ drive from Kansai International Airport. Transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

‘7-Day change of mind guarantee’ - Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Deluxe Room - Packages are valid for two adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and one child OR three adults. See the ’ Extra Guest Policy’ below:

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (13 years or older) may stay for a surcharge of JPY9,000 per night sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation and packages inclusions, payable directly to the hotel.

Child Policy: A child (aged 12 years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on existing bedding with accommodation and breakfast. A rollaway bed can be added upon request for a surcharge of JPY5,500 per night, payable directly to the hotel.

Baby Policy: An infant under the age of one may stay free of charge and will count towards room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Executive Room - Packages are valid for two adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and one child or infant. See the ’ Child Policy’ below:

Child Policy: One child (aged 12 years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on existing bedding with accommodation and breakfast. A rollaway bed can be added upon request for a surcharge of JPY5,500 per night, payable directly to the hotel.
