Within 7 days of purchase we’ll happily provide a full refund on cancellation of your escape (so long as you don’t have a confirmed booking/stay in the next 14 days).

Guests purchasing the ‘Bali Escape’ package will be staying in the Samabe Suite unless you state on booking that you are travelling with two kids, in which case you’ll be staying in the Family Suite.

Packages are valid for two adults.
