• Valid for one-way OR return transfer, selected at the time of purchase – please make your selection carefully
• ARRIVALS - Please make your way to the Heart of Reef Airport desk (opposite the luggage collection area) Your name will be on a TV screen; check in with the driver and they will give you instructions to the bus once you have collected your luggage. Times the shuttle leaves are an estimate only (this will depend on what time the flight arrives) Please make yourself known to the driver ASAP. The shuttle will leave once everyone is on board
• DEPARTURES – Once your departure is booked you will receive an e-ticket with your shuttle pick-up time (please check that all details are correct). The bus will wait ONLY 5 minutes past pick up time and leave. Heart of Reef Shuttles Whitsundays will not be held responsible if you are late and miss your shuttle
• FLIGHT DELAYS – SHUTTLE TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE – If a flight is delayed more than one hour, your shuttle MAY also delay the shuttle to coincide with the scheduled flight time; in this case they will contact you to inform you of the new pick-up time for your departing flight

• Baggage is limited to one large suitcase and one carry on per person (standard luggage one bag per person or two smaller items equivalent to a larger suitcase per person)
• Although Heart of Reef Shuttles Whitsundays take very good care in handling and transporting luggage; they accept no responsibility for lost or damaged luggage; Personal and valuable items should be carried with you as hand luggage (computers and electronic equipment)
• Car seats available on request for a child price. Surcharges apply, payable directly to Heart of Reef Shuttles Whitsundays
• Extra luggage surcharges apply from A$10.00 per item, payable directly to Heart of Reef Shuttles Whitsundays. Surcharges may apply for oversized luggage items – please contact Heart of Reef Shuttles Whitsundays to arrange
• Transfers are shared and you will share your ride with other guests

Terms & Conditions:

• No food and drinks to be consumed on the bus
• Smoking and the consumption of alcohol or illegal drugs is prohibited in the vehicles under Australian Federal and State Government Regulations
• Any passengers displaying violent, aggressive, or disorderly behavior will not be permitted on the bus; any fares paid will be forfeited
• Heart of Reef Shuttles Whitsundays will not be held responsible for delays beyond our control; however, they will make every effort to overcome the problem and get you to your destination
• Missed flights/Cancellations beyond Heart of Reef Shuttles Whitsundays’ control due to unforeseen circumstances (road closures, flooding, natural disasters) will not be refunded; however, they will rebook your shuttle at no extra charge
• Airline flight cancellations due to extreme weather conditions resulting in cancellations – no refunds will be given; however, Heart of Reef Shuttles Whitsundays will re-book your shuttle for future use at no extra cost
• If your flight times have been altered, please advise Heart of Reef Shuttles Whitsundays as soon as possible. Shuttle buses are allocated for each flight. If the flight is early or late, the bus will be waiting
• Shuttle bus times are based around the flight times and are an estimate only
• All children aged 0-2 must travel in a child seat for safety reasons, and it is strongly recommended that children aged 2-4 travel in a car seat or booster seat for safety reasons. Car seat is available for a surcharge of A$5 each way. When booking the car seats, please contact Heart of Reef Shuttles upon receiving the booking confirmation.
