Whales are wild animals, so sightings are not guaranteed. In the event of no whale sightings, the operator will put participants on another available tour for free. There will be no refund issued

It is recommended that guests who are sensitive to motion to be seated on the lower deck of the vessel, as it experiences less pitch and movement
For guests who are prone to seasickness, it is recommended to take an over-the-counter remedy (Bonine or Dramamine) the night before the cruise and again several hours before boarding, after first reading all medication directions and consulting their physician to ensure they are able to safely take these remedies
