• Not valid: 24 - 26 December 2025, 31 December 2025 and 1 January 2026
• Valid for redemption at Wellington location only
• Venue: Wētā Workshop – 1 Weka Street, Miramar, Wellington 6022
• You must arrive 15 minutes before your tour is due to start or your place on the tour may be sold. Wētā Workshop does not offer refunds or other compensation if you are late and miss your tour departure. Guests who wish to rebook their tour must pay the full cost of the new booking

• Exclusions: Food, drinks, merchandise and direct hotel transfers
• Please note: Wētā Workshop Unleashed includes some horror elements that may be disturbing for children, or unsuitable for guests with medical conditions aggravated by fright, stress, or lights. Parental guidance is recommended
• Bookings are subject to availability
• Please allow enough time to find a carpark, as spaces are limited.
• Note: This option does not include transport from Wellington City, for the same ideal experience but with city pick up and drop off please select the option that features Guided Transfer.
• Tours frequently sell out, particularly during peak season (October – April). Booking in advance is strongly recommended
• Infants (0–4) receive free admission but must be booked in prior to tour as spaces are limited
• For guests with sensory processing sensitivity (SPS), comfort tools are welcome
• Tour can accommodate a range of accessibility requirements. It is recommended that any participants’ wheelchairs have brakes
• Please note, there is a 500m walk between the two tour spaces. If you have mobility issues and have concerns about the walk, please contact Wētā Workshop’s booking team directly prior to booking
• Photography is strictly prohibited whilst in the tour spaces
• Free on-street parking is available, but can get busy. Please allow ample time to find a parking space
• Please allow up to 90 minutes for this experience

Terms & Conditions:

• Wētā Workshop reserves the right to reasonably refuse entry with no refund given, and/or request guests to leave Unleashed due to disruptive behaviour, including but not limited to, verbal attacks on Wētā Workshop staff and/or other visitors to Unleashed
• Guests cannot take video or audio recordings inside Unleashed without the express consent of the Wētā Workshop staff. Weta Workshop reserves the right to check recording devices brought into its tour spaces, including, but not limited to, smartphones
• Late arrivals will shorten tour time. No-shows voids offer
