- All visitors to the auction must wear regulation safety footwear, which will be provided at the start of the tour. Please bring a pair of socks for comfort and hygiene

- Your guide will meet you at the foyer on Level 1 of the main arcade. To find it, enter through the glass doors to the left of the arcade entrance, and go up the stairs or lift to Level 1
- Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
- Please note, wheelchairs and prams are not permitted on the tour for safety reasons
- Parking is free for tour guests. You will be provided with a 4-digit exit code during your tour
- Please allow up to two hours for this experience

- Senior and student rates are valid for holders of an Australian Seniors or Student Card that must be presented at check-in
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+

- Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
- Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
