• Passengers may bring baggage up to 10kg and 1 meter in length onboard at no extra charge. There may be additional charges for baggage exceeding these specifications
• Travel Route 1: Red Line (Asakusa and Tokyo Skytree); First bus: 9.10am, Last bus: 4.30pm
• Travel Route 2: Blue Line (Tokyo Tower, Tokyo Teleport Station, Tsukiji, and Ginza); First bus: 9.15am, Last bus: 6.05pm
• Travel Route 3: Green Line (Shinjuku Shibuya); First bus: 9.50am, Last bus: 4.20pm

• If there is any difficulty in transportation due to a natural disaster or any other unavoidable circumstances, the vendor may temporarily limit or suspend the service, limit the operating section or the size or number of the pieces of belongings allowed onboard

Cancellation Policy:

• No refunds are available – all tickets are non-transferable and become void when cancelled. Tickets cannot be exchanged for admission on a different day or refunded if not used
