- Bookings need to be submitted at least seven days in advance
- Once you have made your booking request, you will automatically receive confirmation of your requested date (if available) to your nominated email address

- Digital photo pass: Guests will receive a physical ticket with a QR code on arrival. Scan QR code to save photos during the experience. The ticket provides instructions to find to the Magic Memories site and download images using the unique code on your ticket. Digital photo pass includes eight digital photos and excludes Koala Photo experience
- Tickets are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis
- Once inside the venue, you may stay as long as you wish
Terms & Conditions:
- Guests will only be allowed to enter the attraction once per day
- Children under 16 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18+
- Infants between 0—1 are free of charge
- Booking multiple sessions in the same day will not be permitted
