- Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Shangri-La Sydney abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
- Child rate applies for children aged 3–11. Children aged 2 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
- Candles, flowers, props, or tableware must not be taken after the experience ends. Charges may apply for missing items
- Maximum sitting time per booking is two hours
- Offer cannot be combined with other table bookings, discounts or promotional offers
Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
- Cancellations within 72 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
Changes to Booking:
- Changes to bookings are not permitted
