Start your exclusive experience with a zesty gin and tonic at the stunning eight-metre-high front bar. With your tastebuds tantalised, follow your expert guide into the working distillery, where you’ll learn more about the gin-making process and the science behind it. Next, you’ll have the opportunity to sample Hickson House’s four core gins, with the option to pair ice and tonic for a mini Hickson House G&T. Watch along as your guide shows you how to create two easy gin cocktails and browse the Distillery Door, where you have a A$10 credit to put towards your favourite drop.
