• Available every day: Departs 9am, 11.30am, 2pm

• Departure Point: Blue Hangar, 10 Tex Smith Lane, Queenstown Airport, New Zealand
• Ample parking is available at the airport departure lounge (fees may apply)
• Please arrive at the departure point no less than 30 minutes prior to flight

Important:

• This is a shared flight experience, meaning you will likely share your ride with other guests
• All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure
• Rates are on a per seat basis. Infants who can sit on a caregiver’s knee (weight dependant) may travel free of charge; all other children are standard rates. Please advise of all passenger details at time of booking
• Pick-up is not included but can be arranged directly with Over The Top from most Queenstown hotels (fees may apply)
• You will be contacted either the day prior or the day of your booking to confirm based on weather conditions
• Excludes: Food, drinks, and transfers

Terms & Conditions:

• A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to Over The Top
• Tours, flight paths and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather conditions, air traffic control and availability
• All passengers weights must be advised at the time of booking. The Civil Aviation Authority has a standard per person weight of 83 kilograms (180 lbs). Passengers of greater weights can be carried as long as the total passenger weight remains within the aircraft’s limitations
• Reservations are held only when weights are received and full passenger details provided
• Over The Top will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses, or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. Over The Top works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage
• Minimum passenger numbers apply for flights to proceed. If a flight fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the experience may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Due to uneven surfaces, most tours are not recommended for those with walking disabilities or using a wheelchair
