- Due to the relatively small departure terminal at Queenstown Airport the following hotel pick-up times are recommended: 2 hours 15 minutes prior to scheduled flight departure for international flights
- For all transfers to Queenstown Airport, be ready and waiting in the lobby of the hotel at least 5 minutes before the agreed pick-up time

- Vehicle type subject to availability at time of booking. Limousine South reserves the right to change at the last minute the vehicle type booked in the rare instance that it not be available
- Transfer time to town centre hotels, including the orientation tour is approximately 25 minutes
- Should there be any changes to your flight details please notify by email to bookings@limousinesouth.co.nz or by phone (+64) 3 442 9299. If Limousine South are not notified of any flight rescheduling prior to the original flight arrival time, a 100% no-show fee will apply
