• Valid for Half-Day (five-hour) OR Full-Day (eight-hour) sail on HYPE Yacht – please make your selection carefully
• Not valid: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday and 1–30 September 2024
• Departure Point: Royal Phuket Marina
• Pick-Up Point: Shared transfers from selected Phuket hotels available – please note your hotel in the ‘Special Request’ field when booking
• Bookings valid to 14 November 2024

Important:

• The minimum age requirement for joining a trip with Hype Yacht is 6 years old
• Each trip is different depending on the tide levels and weather conditions. Itinerary is subject to change
• The timing may change, depending on the destination, the tide levels and weather conditions
• Trips are not recommended for guests over 70 years old or pregnant people
• People who are suffering from any medical or physical disability, high blood pressure or a heart condition are advised to consult their doctor before attending
• Please do not take any unnecessary belongings or valuables during the trip. HYPE Yacht will not take responsibility for any loss or damage
• Pets are not allowed on board
• Food and beverages from outside are not allowed on board
• Drugs and weapons are prohibited on board
• Jumping from the boat is prohibited
• Half-day is valid for five hours on board. This includes approximately two hours of engine time
• Full-day is valid for eight hours on board. This includes approximately 24 hours of engine time
• An extra hour of engine time is subject to a 10,000 THB charge. Extra passengers may be added to your charter for a surcharge of 2,000 THB. Any excess amount must be paid directly to HYPE Yacht

Terms & Conditions:

• Rate is valid for up to eight people. Fees apply for additional passengers. Maximum 18 people permitted on board per charter
• Alcohol will not be sold to minors under 21 years old. Valid ID must be presented upon request
• HYPE Yacht reserves the right to alter or cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, equipment breakage or failure, weather or water routes that are unsafe to operate in and/or minimum passenger numbers not being met. Should HYPE Yachts cancel your trip, an alternative date will be offered, or you will receive a full refund
• HYPE Yacht provides personal insurance covering all guests for any unexpected accident that may happen during the excursion. A copy of all guests’ IDs or passports are needed for confirmation
• Swimming is allowed at the guest’s own risk. HYPE Yacht provides life jackets on board but if guests do not use them, HYPE Yacht will not be held responsible for any incident that may occur
• If children are taken on board, the guest/s are solely and fully responsible for their conduct and entertainment. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal adult guardian
• The guest is aware and acknowledges that the nature of a charter may be unsuitable for any person with physical disability and/or who must undergo and/or has undergone medical treatment. By purchasing this offer, for themselves and/or others, the guest warrants sufficient medical fitness for all the participants of the voyage and are solely and fully responsible for procuring and undertaking all necessary vaccinations and visas for the countries to be visited during the voyage
• HYPE Yacht reserves the right to change the fuel price for extra hours depending on the cost of fuel
• Swimming is allowed at guest’s own risk, hype provides life jackets on board but in case the guest doesn’t use them, we will not be held responsible for any incident that may occur
• The guest shall not, at any time during the charter period, permit more than the maximum number of guests staying, sleeping, or cruising on board plus, subject to the approval of the Captain at his sole discretion, a responsible number of visitors whilst the yacht is securely moored in a port

Cancellations:

• More than 30 days before departure date: 90% of cost is refunded
• Less than 30 days before departure date: 50% of cost is refunded
• Less than 7 days before departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: No refunds provided

Changes to Booking

• 30 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Please Note:

• Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
