• Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to 6:45am departure time. When entering the terminal, a safety video will be playing and pre-flight forms will be available to fill out. Late arrivals who have not watched the safety video or completed pre-flight forms before the time of boarding (15 minutes prior to take-off time) will either be marked as a no-show or need to pay a late boarding fee. This is to ensure that the flight can go ahead and other passengers are not put at a disadvantage
• Free parking is available outside the terminal where you will meet your pilot
• Valid for the flight path selected at the time of purchase – please make your selection carefully
• Minimum of two passengers required for all packages and tours
• Guests are permitted to bring one carry-on bag per person with a maximum 3kg weight
• Any additional personal expenses including onboard catering must be paid directly to Nationwest Aviation
• Flight component will run for approximately three hours total
• Cruise component will run for approximately 2.5 hours
• Fishing rods up to two metres permitted (hooks must be removed)
• Bring swimming attire for cruise boomnet experience
• This is a shared tour, meaning you will likely share your ride with other guests
• Bookings are limited and subject to availability. Please book early to avoid disappointment

Terms & Conditions:

• Maximum weight limit per child is 38kg. Maximum weight limit per adult is 119kg. For passengers exceeding 120kg, please contact Nationwest Aviation directly prior to booking to discuss options
• Children weighing more than 39kg are required to travel on an adult ticket
• A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to Nationwest Aviation. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
• Reservations are held only when weights are received and full passenger details provided
• Nationwest Aviation will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. Nationwest Aviation works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage
• In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations. Please note, if half the paid tour was possible, the component not experienced will be refunded, not both
• Dolphin sightings and marine wildlife encounters are likely but cannot be guaranteed
• All passenger weights must be advised prior to travel. Pilot reserves right to weigh passengers if advised weights appear incorrect
• No dangerous goods permitted on aircraft

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to departure date: 25% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations made within 7 days of departure date: 100% cancellation fee applies
• For flights cancelled due to weather conditions, mechanical failure or not meeting minimum numbers, passengers will be offered an alternative date or refund
• Flights delayed within the same day are not considered cancelled and no refund will be given
• No refunds apply for late arrivals

Changes to Bookings:

• 7 days notice is required to change a booking you have made
