Availability:

• Available to book for a weekday flight only (not weekends or public holidays): Monday – Friday: 4am–6am meeting time, 9am–11am finish time (approximately)
• Not valid: Saturday – Sunday and public holidays
• The night before your flight (prior to 6pm), you will receive a notification to confirm whether the flight is possible based on the weather conditions and confirming the exact meeting time. You must check-in for your flight and complete the waiver via the Global Ballooning Australia app
• Departure Point: You will meet 1.5 hours before sunrise (pilot will confirm time the evening before) at Pullman Melbourne on the Park Hotel – 192 Wellington Parade, East Melbourne. Meet inside the foyer of the hotel
• Please note: Transfers are NOT included in this experience. You may add CBD transfers for an additional surcharge per person, arranged directly with Global Ballooning Australia

Important:

• Please allow up to 3–3.5 hours for this experience, including driving to the launch site, setting up/packing down the balloon, approximately one-hour flight time and driving back to the meeting place
• Passengers may be required to assist with the setup/inflation and pack-up of the balloon
• This experience is not wheelchair accessible
• Discounted undercover parking is available at the meeting place up until 11am at a rate of A$10. Please see the concierge after your flight to pay for your parking.
• Please note: After 11am, the full-day parking rate will apply.

• Flights are weather dependent and may be cancelled at short notice due to safety reasons at the discretion of Global Ballooning Australia. Minimum numbers are required
• If the flight is cancelled, the breakfast will not take place

Cancellations:
