Take a seat in the grand dining room where matching teapots and cups and freshly cut flowers set the tone for an opulent dining experience. Let bubbles dance across your palate as you sip a flute of prosecco or moscato rosé, while a decadent three-tiered stand is brought to your table, laden with ribbon sandwiches and warm quiche to chocolate-dipped strawberries, freshly baked scones, French cakes and more.

High Tea Menu:
- A selection of ribbon sandwiches including herbed egg and watercress, marinated cucumber, roast beef with mustard and horseradish, plus ham, cheddar, tomato chutney and rocket
- Warm quiche
- Freshly baked scones served with double cream and house-made mixed berry jam
- Sweet selection: Chocolate-dipped strawberries, petite red velvet, berries and cream, assortment of French hand-crafted cakes
- Pot of tea (choosing from an extensive selection hand-blended in Daylesford, Victoria)

- Bookings are essential at least 24 hours in advance. Book early to secure your desired date and time. Should Damon Bradley need to contact you regarding your reservation, they will do so via the email/phone number you have supplied upon making your booking

- Set menu applies. Menu items are subject to change. Dietary requirements must be noted on booking. 16-piece assorted truffle boxes are available for voucher holders for just $29.95 (valued at $49) payable on the day.
