• Guests are welcome to hire clothing and equipment in Marysville. Tour includes a 30-minute (approximately) stop in Marysville for equipment hire and food and drinks, payable directly to local vendors
• Tour will spend approximately four hours at Lake Mountain Alpine Resort (extension may be possible on the day). Please allow up to 12 hours for the full tour, including travel time
• Access to the Koala Toboggan run is included if there is sufficient natural snow. Access to the Village Toboggan Run and Mini Toboggan Run is not included, but can be purchased for a surcharge of A$20 per person, payable directly to Lake Mountain Alpine Resort. Children under 5 may enter free of charge with a paying adult
• This is a shared tour, meaning you will likely share your ride with other guests

Terms & Conditions:

• Child rate applies for children aged 3–15. Children aged 2 years and under are not permitted on this tour
• Maximum 15 guests per tour
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled, rescheduled or you may be offered a private tour at private tour rates
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• Late arrivals and no-shows void offer

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made within 8–14 days of departure date: 20% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations made within 3–7 days of departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 72 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Please Note:

• Maximum purchase limit of seven per child ticket and eight per adult ticket applies
• Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
