• Valid for departures from Moorabbin Airport only
• Meeting Point: 65 Bundoora Parade, Moorabbin Airport, 3194 Victoria
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your check-in time. Late arrivals or ‘no shows’ will not be refunded or rescheduled

Important:

• Hotel transfers are not included, you will be required to make your own way to and from Moorabbin Airport
• All passengers are required to provide full name, accurate weight and baggage details prior to flight
• Helicraft tours are based on an industry-standard average passenger weight of 80kg per person for a total weight allowance of 320kg, including the pilot. Please see further information about the weight restrictions here: https://www.helicraft.com.au/tos.html
• All surcharges payable directly to Helicraft Pty Ltd
• Please note this is a shared flight and you may be flying with other passengers
• Please allow approximately 30 minutes for this experience

Terms & Conditions:

• A minimum of two people are required to book
• Infant & Child Policy: One child under the age of 3 may be booked and travel free of charge only if seated on a guardian’s lap. Please note, there is a restriction of one infant per flight. Children aged 3+ require a full-fare ticket and need to be accompanied by an adult
• Each departure is at the pilot’s discretion and subject to weather conditions. If weather prohibits flying, guests will be offered an alternative date to reschedule
• Helicraft reserves the right to cancel or terminate any flight if a passenger is deemed a threat to the safety of the aircraft or other passengers and crew, this includes but is not limited to drunk and disorderly, erratic or threatening behavior
• Due to the nature of flying in Controlled Airspace, flight paths may differ to that advertised
• Prohibited Dangerous Goods are not permitted on Helicraft Aircraft. This includes goods and substances that are corrosive, flammable, explosive, spontaneously combustible or toxic

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: 20% cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations must be received in writing to flights@helicraft.com.au

Changes to Booking:

• Changes to a booking after confirmation has been received incur a $50 charge per change
• Changes received within 24 hours of departure date incur a $100 charge per booking change
• Any changes to the itinerary must be received in writing to flights@helicraft.com.au

Please Note:

• A maximum purchase limit of four per person applies
• Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
