- Alcohol consumption is prohibited on board all vehicles and passengers must remain seated when the vehicle is in motion
- Cellar doors adhere to Responsible Service of Alcohol legislation and reserve the right to refuse entry to intoxicated individuals - in this case no refunds will be issued
- Passengers are responsible for damage to the interior or exterior of a vehicle caused by incidents such as vomiting or food spills. If this does happen a cleaning fee of A$300 will be added to the tour.
- Drivers reserve the right to terminate a tour and refuse entry into a vehicle if passengers are abusive or refuse to adhere to rules set out above
