  • International Flights Arrival: Your driver will be waiting for you at Coffee Bean (coffee shop) which is located just outside of the international arrivals baggage claim area or a pre-arranged curbside pick-up point
  • Hotel Departure: Your driver will meet you at a pre-arranged curbside pick-up point
• Please switch on your mobile phone to receive your driver’s contact details by SMS. If you can’t find your driver, please call the driver directly. If you encounter any issues, please visit https://talixo.com/self-service/login to track your driver or chat with the Operations Support Team

Important:

• Please make sure the phone number you have provided for your booking is correct, including the full international dialling code
• Large amounts of and/or oversized luggage may attract additional surcharges. Please contact Talixo with any questions
• A child/booster seat can be requested at the time of booking for a surcharge of US $20 per seat, payable directly to Talixo
• Valid for a one-way transfer to or from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) only, as selected
• Valid for selected Los Angeles accommodation only – please advise of the location at the time of booking
• Additional stops or reroutings cannot be accommodated with your booking
• Driver maximum waiting time for arrival is 45 minutes. Refunds will not apply for late arrivals or no-shows

• Rates are per vehicle. Vehicle type is subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates may be updated by Talixo due to unforeseen circumstance
• Talixo will only accept bookings received five (5) days before the pickup date
• The flight number is required in order to book the transfer with Talixo. Please have this ready for when Talixo contacts you post-booking to confirm your transfer
• If Talixo does not receive a reply with all the required information within 24 hours before the pickup time, Talixo reserves the right to cancel the transfer and will send an email cancellation notification to you
• Rates valid for two standard bags (three people) or five standard bags (five people) per vehicle. Standard baggage allowance applies to bags of the following dimensions: 55cm (22”) x 45cm (18”) x 25cm (10”)
