Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100% Things don’t always work out. This experience may be cancelled with a 100% refund up until 7 days after booking confirmation, subject to the below conditions:

Cancellation

• Reservations are fully refundable with a 7-day notice prior to departure date
• If cancellation occurs between 2–6 days prior to departure date, a 50% cancellation fee applies
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure date
• Cancellations made by GoCar Tours for extreme weather conditions will either be issued a rain-check or payment refunded

• Available every day: 9am–5pm
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2025

Important:

• The minimum age to be a passenger is 7 years old
• Driving outside of the designated tour route is permitted, however the car only talks on the designated routes
• Meals and drinks are not included in your tour. You may choose to stop at one of the many restaurants on Las Vegas Strip (own expense)
• GoCar Tours does not guarantee the weather. GoCars can be driven in the rain

Terms & Conditions:

• Maximum passenger capacity per vehicle is two people
• Licence requirements vary per vehicle that is available to drive. A valid full driver’s licence is required for this tour
• Your tour’s length may vary due to circumstances such as departure time and location, traffic, detour choices, and your itinerary. If you do take additional rental time, surcharges apply billed in 1-minute increments at retail rates per person
• All vehicles are covered by a liability policy for the legal state minimums that provide third parties around you with coverage in the event of an accident. Your rental agreement however, excludes renters from accessing that policy. So you may be liable for damages or losses that occur during your rental. GoCar Tours offers you extra insurance options for an additional surcharge, payable on the day to GoCar Tours to manage your liability that your rental may incur such as a CDW and SLI. Ask agents about these options when you arrive
• GoCar Tours takes no responsibility for the weather in the area. GoCar Tours endeavours to make well-informed go/no-go decisions regarding weather conditions, but no refunds will be given should the resulting conditions become unfavourable
• Itinerary is subject to change
• Late arrival will shorten hire time
