Important:

• Seating will be in Grandstand 1 in the East Harmon Zone, with full views of the starting grid/finish line, pit wall and opening turns of the Las Vegas Street Circuit. Exact seats will be allocated and sent by email upon booking
• Your ticket includes all-inclusive food and non-alcoholic drinks in the East Harmon Zone only, a McLaren cap and additional access to the opening ceremony on Wednesday, November 15, including live entertainment and guest appearances
• Large crowds are expected, so if this is a concern for you or those you are travelling with children, please keep this in mind. Sensory inclusion facilities may be available
• This venue is cashless. Please consider this for any extra purchases you wish to make at the event. Any excess amount is payable directly to venue
• Alcoholic drinks and hotel transfers are not included

• Passes are valid for ages 15+ only
• Seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
• The venue and teams reserve the right to alter the date, the venue and the event as advertised, without prior notice to you. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, there will be no refunds
• The itinerary and schedule are subject to change without notice
• A change in personal circumstances does not entitle you to return or exchange a ticket
• Pass is valid for consecutive four-day event. Not valid with any other event
• Refunds are not provided for partial or non-attendance on any one or all event days

Cancellations:

• All sales are final. Since tickets are a one-of-a-kind item and not replaceable, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations
• Tickets are not transferrable

Changes to Booking:

• Changes to booking cannot be accommodated
