• Valid for the ticket type selected at purchase – please make your selection carefully
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Children aged 0–3 years old are free of charge. Please ensure all children are dressed appropriately for the cold temperature so they are comfortable throughout
• IceBar Surfers recommends wearing long pants and closed shoes. Snow capes, gloves and Ugg boots (where required) are provided and must be worn by customers at all times. Please note, you will feel the chill no matter what you wear, however the more clothes you wear, the longer you’ll last
• Please allow up to one hour for this experience

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. IceBar Surfers abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
• Cameras or other photographic or recording equipment (including mobile phones) are not permitted in IceBar Surfers

Changes to Booking:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
