Availability:

• Available every day: Hop-on Hop-off ferry departs 7.35am (Monday – Friday) OR 9am (Saturday & Sunday)
• Activate your ticket and it will remain active for the following 48 hours
• Departure Locations: Choose a departure from Circular Quay Wharf 6 (every day) or Darling Harbour King Street Wharf 1 (Saturday & Sunday) based on the Hop on Hop off timetable to collect your boarding passes and daily timetable
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2026

Important:

• Exclusions: Hotel transfers, meals, drinks, optional gratuities and entry to attractions
• The ferries are first come, first served
• Children aged 3 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking

Terms & Conditions:

• Stops are subject to change depending on weather conditions
• Tickets are valid for two consecutive days of access only
• Ferry departures are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Captain Cook Cruises Sydney for passenger and crew safety
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Late arrivals and no-shows void offer

Cancellation:

• For bookings with less than 10 guests: Cancellations notified less than 24 hours prior to travel incur a 100% cancellation fee
• For bookings with 10 or more guests: Cancellations notified less than 7 days prior to travel incur a 100% cancellation fee
• Refunds are not available once travel has commenced

Changes to Booking:

• For bookings with less than 10 guests: One date change is permitted up to 24 hours prior to travel with any difference in the fare payable by the customer. Additional date changes incur a per person non-refundable fee from A$20
• For booking with 10 or more guests: One date change is permitted up to 7 days prior to travel, with any difference in the fare payable by the customer. Additional date changes incur a per person non-refundable fee from A$20

• Entire value must be used in one use; any unused portion will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
