- Bookings are essential at least 48 hours in advance. Should Nia Cooking Class need to contact you regarding your reservation, they will do so via the email/phone number you have supplied upon making your booking.

- Please be waiting in the hotel lobby at least five minutes prior to scheduled pick-up time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
- Drop-Off: Participants will have to make their way to their hotels after tour
- Set menu restrictions apply. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to the vendor(s)
