- Sparkling Couture High Tea includes a glass of Cloudy Bay Pelorus or Cloudy Bay Pelorus Rose, with a selection of sweet and savoury treats and tapas
- Sweet treats include freshly baked scones with double cream and handmade jams
- Savoury tapas selections include fluffy finger sandwiches and European-style quiches
- Please note: Guests aged 13+ must book the Sparkling Couture High Tea package. For guests aged 13–17, a mocktail will be substituted for wine
