• Valid for single-day admission to one OR two parks only, as selected

Important:

• Exclusions: Meals, drinks, transfers and merchandise
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Tickets are valid for normal operating hours on the chosen date, please check website details for timings here
• Parking is available free of charge within the Dubai Parks and Resorts P1 and P2 Car Park. Valet Parking is available from AED150 per visit, payable directly to Dubai Parks and Resorts. All parking is subject to availability
• All tickets are valid for single-day admission only

Terms & Conditions:

• Children under 13 years must be accompanied by a paying adult (18+) at all times. Children under 4 may attend free of charge – please advise at the time of booking
• Park opening hours are approximate and subject to change at any time
• Ticket is only valid for the theme park(s) shown on the ticket
• Ticket is valid for theme park access only and does not cover attractions such as Neon Galaxy. Ticket is not valid for skill games or separately ticketed events, performances, school trips, corporate events or activities within Dubai Parks and Resorts
• Dubai Parks and Resorts and the relevant park reserve the right to vary opening and closing dates and times of attractions and to close, remove or cancel all or any part of the rides, events or facilities within the attractions for any reason including, but not limited to technical, health and safety and/or operational reasons or due to special events or private functions
• For the avoidance of doubt, the full value or any part of the value of the ticket will not be refunded nor will any compensation be payable if any of attractions are removed or closed during the year
• All persons entering the park(s) are subject to the rules and regulations of entry as displayed at each park’s main entrance, at Guest Services and as otherwise made available by Dubai Parks and Resorts

Cancellation:

• This experience is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable

Changes to Booking:
