• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before experience date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 72 hours of experience date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Please arrive at the departure location no less than 45 minutes prior to flight
• Valid for the flight path selected at the time of purchase – please make your selection carefully

Important:

• Exclusions: Meals, drinks and transfers
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Minimum of two passengers required for all packages and tours
• All tours are subject to availability and weather. All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure
• All guests must be aged 2+ to fly. Children aged 2+ must purchase a seat and cannot sit on adults’ laps. Children aged 2–11 must be accompanied by an adult (12+)
• Passengers are subject to security control per GCAA regulations
• Passengers must complete a Passenger Declaration Form prior to the flight
• Private Upgrade: Maximum three children (2–11) permitted per flight
• Large bags/purses are not allowed onboard; limited carry-on available for medical purposes only (essential items only)
• Original passports or Emirates ID must be presented during check-in for verification
• Pregnant passengers (7+ months) require a valid doctor’s certificate confirming fitness to fly

Terms & Conditions:

• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
• Passenger weight is checked before flight due to regulations. If passenger weight exceeds limits, options include rescheduling, merging with another flight or refund
• Seating arrangement is based on weight distribution. Safety weight limit per passenger per seat is 115kg. Maximum weight limit is maximum of 140kg and passengers exceeding this limit will not be allowed to fly
• Reservations are held only when weights are received and full passenger details provided
• Arabian Adventures will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. Arabian Adventures works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage
• In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations. Please note, if half the paid tour was possible, the component not experienced will be refunded, not both
• Flights are subject to force majeure, helicopter availability, ATC authorisation, and weather conditions
• Flight routes and timings are subject to change due to ATC regulations or unforeseen factors
• Please note, tourist photography is allowed. Commercial photography is not permitted without prior approval
