• Complimentary parking is available at Ormsby Terrace, Mandurah at a first come, first served basis. See Google Maps link here. During busy periods such as school holidays and weekends, please allow extra time for parking at your departure location

• Beverages and snacks can be purchased onboard. Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request

• No smoking is permitted onboard any vessels or on the departure jetty
• The SuperCat is not wheelchair or walking frame accessible

Terms & Conditions:

• Dolphin guarantee:
  • The Sea West crew will determine whether there was adequate dolphin sighting during your cruise. This will be confirmed to all guests at the end of your tour and noted in their records.
  • Should there be dolphin sighting during your cruise, the Dolphin Guarantee is not valid for return trips.
  • Should a dolphin sighting not occur and you wish to use your Dolphin Guarantee to return, you are free to make another booking within 12 months of your original tour date, subject to availability
  • Return bookings must be made by phone – by calling the Sea West Booking office on (08) 9581 1242. Dolphin Guarantee bookings are non-transferable and can only be made for passengers who made the original tour booking
  • Once you are on a tour with adequate dolphin sighting, the Dolphin Guarantee is no longer valid. Should you wish to travel on the Dolphin Cruise & Views again, a new ticket must be purchased.
• 10% discount conditions:
  • 10% discounts are valid for purchases made on the day only and are not valid with any other offer or discount
  • Discount for selected Mandurah Cruises experiences excludes Christmas Lights and special event cruises
• Child policy: Child rate applies for children aged 3–15. Children aged 2 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
• Kids’ steering station and engine room exploration is available on select cruises only
• Guests travelling on concession and senior tickets must show valid Australian ID at check-in
• Minimum numbers apply for this cruise to operate. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund
• Cruises operate in all weather conditions – please dress appropriately

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 14 days and 72 hours of departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 72 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 14 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
