• Footwear: Wear comfortable, enclosed, preferably rubber-soled shoes (running/sport/hiking shoes)
• Clothing: Comfortable clothing, light in summer (you will wear a one-piece jumpsuit over the top of your clothing)
• Personal belongings: For safety and security reasons, nothing can be taken up on the bridge. This means no phones/cameras/wallets/bags – nothing can be carried up with you onto the bridge. There will be a secure locker available for you to store all your personal belongings.

Important:

• Please note: Bookings are not valid on Christmas Day, special event climb dates and during Riverfire Festival (held in September each year)
• Check-In Location: 5 Boundary Street, Brisbane City 4000, QLD
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your climb to ensure you have plenty of time to be ready for an on-time departure
• Climbers must be a minimum age of 6; over 110cm height; under 130kg weight due to safety equipment used
• Children must be accompanied by an adult 17 years or older
• Due to the nature of this event, it is not suitable for guests with any of the following medical conditions to participate:
  • Neck, back, heart disorders
  • High/low blood pressure
  • Recent surgery, illness, injury
  • Other adverse medical conditions
  • Pregnant people more than 20 weeks pregnant
• Pregnant people up to 20 weeks may participate in the Bridge Climb at their own risk but cannot participate in the Abseil Climb
• Prior to climbing, you’ll be asked to fill in a Climber Declaration Form. This will be emailed to you once you have confirmed your booking. Please be open and honest about any pre-existing medical conditions so your suitability for the climb can be assessed (all correspondence is confidential)

Terms & Conditions:

• All children 6–16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian whilst climbing. (Children between 6–9 must have one (1) adult to one (1) child ratio and children between 10–16 can have one (1) adult to three (3) children ratio)
• Participants thought to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to climb. You must have a blood-alcohol reading below 0.05 to climb. All climbers are subject to a mandatory breathalyser test prior to their climb
• Maximum group size for this experience is 14 people
• Senior rates are available to participants aged 60+ with a valid Seniors Card
• Student rates are valid for current full-time students. Ticket holders are required to show a current student card from their high school or university
• This is an all-weather activity. Climbers are only rescheduled in the event of electrical storms or hail and this decision is made after your 20-minute safety induction

Cancellations:

• Once confirmed, no refunds or cancellations will be offered. Climbers who fail to check in for their climb will forfeit their booking and will not be entitled to a reschedule or refund

Changes to Booking:

• Requests to change a booking up to 14 days before the climb date will incur a fee from A$50 per booking
• Requests to change a booking within 13 days to 72 hours will incur a rescheduling fee from A$25 per booked climber
• Requests to change a booking within 72 hours cannot be accommodated

• Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
