Important:

• Exclusions: Meals, drinks and transfers are not included
• Minimum of two passengers are required for all packages and tours, tours are subject to minimum numbers to proceed

• All tours are subject to availability and weather. All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure.
• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control, and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
• Personal items should not exceed 10kg and be carried in a small soft sided bag for easy stowage
• Please allow up to 90 minutes for this experience
• All flights are on a shared basis and are not on a private basis unless vehicle has been chartered or the product is advertised as such
• Seat allocation including window seats for scheduled flights (non-exclusive) are decided based on weight and balance and at the discretion of the pilot or ground crew to ensure the safe carriage of all passengers

Terms & Conditions:

• It may be necessary to apply a fuel surcharge to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
• Passengers aged 3+ are legally required to occupy their own seat and are therefore required to pay full ticket price
• Subject to conditions, children under 3 may travel free of charge when seated on a parent’s/guardian’s lap. For bookings of more than one infant (0-2), please contact Helifish as aviation conditions apply
• Individual passenger weights and accompanying carry-on luggage MUST be advised upon booking. Weight variances greater than 10% may incur an additional fee. Maximum single seat payload is 130kg. For passenger comfort and aircraft weight and balance, passengers exceeding 130kg are required to purchase an additional seat at 50% of ticket price – this is non-commissionable and payable to Helifish on day of travel

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made up to 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
