• Check-in: Please do not wait at the departure point sign as check-in is at the boat so make your way down to the boat for boarding and check-in 15 minutes before tour start time
• Parking: Parking is available behind the yacht club building. It is recommended you arrive at Coffin Bay Yacht Club 30 minutes prior to park your car, gather your personal items and find the location of the boat for boarding and check in 15 minutes prior to tour start time
• The boat will depart at the tour start time; unfortunately, the tour cannot wait for late passengers. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• Children must be aged 2+ to participate in this experience and be supervised by a parent or legal adult guardian at all times. Children under 2 may attend free of charge – please advise at the time of booking
• Please be advised that the skipper’s talk is approximately 20–30 minutes long, which is generally not of interest to young children. Parents with young children are recommended to bring a quiet activity for this part of the tour (an iPad with head phones is ideal) or an exciting snack to keep the kids entertained during this time. Alternatively, families have the option to sit in the outside seating area during this part of the tour if they’d be more comfortable, which is an ideal location to spot an array of sea creatures in the oyster farm.

• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and tidal conditions
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• The weather and sea conditions can sometimes require Experience Coffin Bay to run a shorter tour in place of those scheduled. Whilst Experience Coffin Bay understand this can be disappointing for some passengers, this decision is always made with passenger comfort and safety in mind. Tidal conditions can also impact the tour. Changes are only made when required, however sometimes need to be made at short notice or even mid-tour, your understanding is appreciated

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the departure date: 20% cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 14 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
