- Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to session start time. Late arrival may shorten booking time
- A credit card number is required at the time of booking to secure your spa appointment. If you fail to show for your appointment without 24 hours notice to Stephanies, the total treatment cost will be charged to your credit card
- Individual treatment results may vary
- Complimentary parking is provided for all Stephanies Mountain Spa guests within the designated Mercure Clear Mountain parking areas
- Treatments are free of jewellery; please leave any valuable items in your hotel room or home. Lockers are provided in the changing rooms
- For male guests, shaving before any facial therapies is recommended

- Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
- Valid for package inclusions only; treatments cannot be substituted. Any excess amount is payable directly to Stephanies Mountain Spa
