• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return coach transfers available from select Brisbane and Gold Coast locations. Please select your pick-up location carefully:
  • 5.30am: Mantra on View Hotel – 22 View Avenue, Surfers Paradise
  • 7am: Brisbane Coach Terminal – Parkland Crescent, Brisbane City
  • 7.30am: Port of Brisbane – 14 Howard Smith Drive, Port of Brisbane
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Price does not include local fees that must be paid in cash on the day of the tour. Pay On Board (POB) National Park & ferry fees from A$60 per child (4–13) and A$80 per adult are to be paid in cash to the driver upon departure
• All participants must be aged 4+ to attend this tour
• A surcharge from A$20 per person applies on all gazetted public holidays
• A fuel levy may be applied if fuel prices rise above A$2.50 per litre
• Please notify at the time of booking of any dietary requirements and menu preference
• Small overnight bag restrictions apply (maximum size: 55cm x 45cm x 25cm)
• Tour returns to Brisbane at approximately 6.30pm and Gold Coast at approximately 7.30pm. Please note, return times are subject to ferry schedule and traffic conditions

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum number for tour to operate is six people. If minimum numbers are not met, the tour may be cancelled or alternative dates will be offered
• Due to traffic and the extreme conditions experienced on Moreton Island to buses and the environment, Sunset Safaris reserves the right to alter or cancel any section of the itinerary which may result from road, traffic, weather, mechanical, or any other condition or failure or delay of an operational nature without penalty, and such conditions will be considered as a Force Majeure event
• No responsibility or liability will be taken in the event of injury from pre-existing medical conditions (eg: bad back), accident, injury, loss or damage to persons or property due to persons own negligence. These booking conditions do not waive Sunset Safaris from any of its obligations according to law
• All minors who book day tours without a parent or guardian attending the tour must call or email Sunset Safaris to disclose their age before booking the tour. A waiver form will be provided for parents or guardians to sign before tour departure. If a minor arrives on tour without parent or guardian permission and without a signed form, the minor will not be able to participate in activities of risk, and will not be eligible for a refund

Cancellation:

• Cancellations made up to 7 days before departure date: 5% administrative fee applies
• Cancellations made between 7 days and 73 hours before departure date: 25% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations made between 72 and 25 hours before departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
