Important:

• Children aged 3 and under are not permitted on this tour
• Tour concludes at Northerlies Beach Bar & Grill at approximately 3.15pm. Guests are welcome to remain at the restaurant for as long as they please – a courtesy coach is available for those wishing to stay and departs every 45 minutes from Northerlies
• It is advisable to bring a rain jacket during summer months (January – April) and warmer clothes during winter months (June – September)
• Hotel transfers and accommodation are not included
• Parking is available at the Lagoon Car Park on Shute Harbour Rd (a one-minute walk from Red Cat Adventures Shop) and is charged per day
• Food, drinks and other services not specified above are not included in the tour. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the vendors
• Northerlies Beach Bar & Grill is a licensed venue and does not allow BYO alcohol
• Lunch at Northerlies Beach Bar & Grill includes one meal from the Something Big, Burgers or Salads options on the lunch menu and one glass of wine, beer OR soft drink, per person. A dedicated kids’ menu is available for children
• Maximum group size is 20 travellers. Each bus holds up to 10 passengers
• Menus are subject to change without notice
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability
• Please note: The waterfall may not be running on your tour date depending on the season and rainfall patterns
• Please allow extra time to travel during the wet season (December – May) as we occasionally have road closures due to flooding

Terms & Conditions:

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Late arrivals and no shows voids offer

Cancellation:

• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure, late arrivals and no-shows will forfeit the full cost of the tour
• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
