- After you have made your booking request, you will automatically receive confirmation of your requested date (if available) to your nominated email address
- Please note: Desert Gate will be in contact within 1–3 business days to confirm your booking and arrange a time with you directly
- You will receive an electronic ticket after Desert Gate confirms your booking (note: your voucher is not a valid entry ticket)

Terms & Conditions:
- Qasr Al Watan is a fully functioning Presidential Palace and may be closed on short notice for high-ranking delegation visits. A full refund or free of charge rescheduling will be offered to the ticket holders in this instance
Cancellation Policy:
- No refunds are available – all tickets are non-transferable and become void when cancelled. Tickets cannot be exchanged for admission on a different day or refunded if not used

- Changes to booking cannot be accommodated
