• Available every day: Departs 12pm
• Not valid: 2 October, 25–31 December and 1–26 January
• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time for check-in

Important:

• Rate is per jet ski. Each jet ski can be twin shared
• Maximum combined weight limit per ski is 200kg
• Must be aged 12+ to ride as a passenger on jet ski with a 16+ adult accompanying them – must have parent or guardian consent and is at management discretion
• Participants aged 16+ can drive solo provided an 18+ guardian or parent has signed the waiver and release form prior to safari commencing
• Food and drinks are not included. Any excess amount is payable directly to venue
• This experience is not recommended for those with back, neck or joint injuries. Pregnant women are also not advised to jet ski
• Please allow for up to an additional 60 minutes on top of tour time for the safety induction, written test and practice ride on the water

Terms & Conditions:

• For passenger safety, it is imperative that each participant driving the jet ski understands the safety briefing video and an English written test. Failure to complete or understand will result in a loss of booking and no refund. It is mandatory that all customers must read, write and understand English to be eligible to participate in the safari. Exceptions may be accepted at management’s discretion
• Safari routes are subject to change due to tides, traffic, weather conditions and riders abilities
• Jet Ski Safaris operates in most conditions and can provide wet weather gear if necessary
• The tour will only be cancelled if the conditions are unsafe, in this instance the vendor will offer a full refund or a re-schedule. Jet Ski Safaris watch the radar and forecasts closely on an hourly basis in order to make this decision

Off-Peak Season Cancellations:

• Jet Ski Safaris has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy whereby any cancellations or changes (due to ANY reason) must be communicated 24 hours or more before your scheduled time of arrival. For cancellations within 24 hours, Jet Ski Safaris reserves the right to forfeit the reservation with no refund and if rescheduling, you may be subject to a 50% rescheduling fee
• If you are unable to attend, please call with 24 hours’ notice or more, and the vendor will do their best to reschedule your booking subject to availability
• Group bookings (groups of 5 jet skis or more) booked 7 or more days in advance of departure date: 7 days’ prior notice is required for cancellation
• Group bookings made within 7 days of departure date: Refer to minimum 24 hours’ notice
• A no refund policy applies to all bookings cancelled within 24 hours
• No-shows will forfeit any monies or bookings made
• Rescheduled bookings cannot be refunded

Peak Season Cancellations (14 December to 27 January):

• Jet Ski Safaris has a strict 48-hour cancellation policy whereby any cancellations or changes (due to ANY reason) must be communicated 48 hours or more before your scheduled time of arrival. For cancellations within 48 hours, Jet Ski Safaris reserves the right to forfeit the reservation with no refund and if rescheduling, you may be subject to a 50% rescheduling fee
• During this period, 48 hours’ notice is required even if your cancellation is in relation to COVID-19. If you are unable to attend please call with 48 hours notice or more, and the Jet Ski Safaris will do their best to reschedule your booking subject to availability
• Group bookings (groups of 5 jet skis or more) booked 7 or more days in advance of departure date: 7 days’ prior notice is required for cancellation
• Group bookings made within 7 days of departure date: Refer to minimum 48 hours’ notice

Changes to Booking

• Off-Peak Season: 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
• Peak Season: 48 hours notice is required to change a booking you have made
• Bookings cannot be rescheduled more than once

• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
